Qualifications

Skills:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma; AA degree, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills, with high self-confident and able to clearly communicate complex information. Demonstrated success in Training, Operation Development, and Customer Service. Maintain and foster an owner mentality among self and all subordinating managers. Personal familiarity with daily store operation, from opening to closing. Experience in management of high volume stores, in direct supervision of ten (10) or more employees. Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekend hours. Mandarin Speaking preferred.
