About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing entertainment business based in Los Angeles, California. They run a number of events and generate additional revenue through concessions, retail and agencies.
They are looking to hire a new CFO to work closely with the CEO and drive growth and deliver on the key business strategies. This person will take a lead role in identifying and assessing possible new opportunities for M&A activity, alongside leading and developing a finance and accounting team.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a strong financial leader who has an excellent track record on delivering sustainable business growth, both organically and through M&A activity. You will have an understanding of M&A, having worked within consultancy, investment banking or PE/VC. This role will not be your first CFO role and you will be able to demonstrate how you have led decision making for an organization previously.

Total comp negotiable
Target salary range $300,000 to $500,000 plus bonus, benefits and possible equity/stock
