What’s a typical day as a Document Specialist? You’ll be: • Separating and opening mail. • Prepping documents for scanning. • Making glass copies. • Assisting with other duties as assigned. • Lifting items weighing between 10 to 50lbs. • Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the day.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have the ability to read and understand instructions in English. • Possess basic computer knowledge for training purposes and transitioning to computerized scanning machines. • Must meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error-free work. • Have experience in the same industry (preferred). • Have knowledge of printing and scanning equipment (preferred).
