Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Customer Services Representative for our client Johnson & Johnson in Santa Ana, CA. We have Immediate positions available now for qualified candidates!

Customer Services Representative will partner with the field sales organization to serve our most important customers. The successful customer advocates will work to ensure the field sales organization can improve their time in the field engaging customers.

Project Length: 2 years.

Compensation: $20.00

MUST be located near Santa Ana, CA – May occasionally need to be in office for team meetings

What’s a typical day as a Customer Services Representative ? You’ll be:

• Providing outstanding customer support and Sales team’s needs.
  

• Process orders and inquiries received by phone, fax, email, and Ecommerce platforms
  

• You will promote our products and advise our customers of availability and inventory status
  

• Assist the sales team with account inquiries involving product quality.
  

• Efficiently maintain customer account and billing information

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience
  

• Have previous experience working in the Medical Device field
  

• Can Perform Data Entry (previous experience a plus)
  

• Typing 50 words per minute
  

• Must have strong phone presence and comfortable working on the phone for duration of shift
  

• Possess a strong multi-tasking ability
  

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
