DEFINITION
Under supervision of the Director, Principal or designee, perform clerical duties and general office work. Representative duties may vary per assignment (*). Perform other related duties as assigned.
ACCOUNT TECHNICIAN II
DEFINITION
Under the supervision of the Director of Fiscal Services or designee, perform complex accounting work involving financial and statistical record-keeping in assigned areas to include accounts payable/receivable, within clearly established accounting systems and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
CLERICAL SPECIALIST II 50%
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year clerical experience and knowledge of current computer applications.
Licenses and other requirements:
Some positions in this class may be required to possess a first aid certificate and/or bilingual skills.
Desired Qualification:
Experience using student database systems.
ACCOUNT TECHNICIAN II 50%
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; two (2) years experience involving financial or statistical record-keeping.
Desired Qualification:
Course work in accounting and finance; prior school district experience in related field.
THERE WILL BE AN ASSESSMENT AS PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS.
MUST INCLUDE A RESUME AND A LETTER OF INTENT.
