Job Summary
Under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent/Chief Administrative Officer (Business/Administrative Services), the Senior Director of Student Nutrition shall plan, organize, coordinate, and direct overall operations and activities of District Food Services programs and school cafeterias including nutrition, sanitation, purchasing and accounting functions; train, supervise, and evaluate assigned personnel.
Requirements / Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with major course work in institutional food management, home economics, dietetics or nutrition or other related subjects. Five years' experience in school food service or related field, including two years' experience in a managerial capacity.
LICENSE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California Class C Driver's license and use of an automobile.
