About being our Project and Contract Administrator
This full-time position as a Project and Contract Administrator, will utilize your skills and expertise to support a fast-paced professional team with administrative contract and project support, plus certain accounting functions that are associated with the various projects. This essential person would be working with more than one Project Manager at a time.
Responsibility Highlights for our Project and Contract Administrator
- Assist with preparation and formatting of letter proposals and subconsultant agreements.
- Assist with review of client contracts and prime agreements.
- Acquire insurance certificates and other documentation as required by clients.
- Prepare project start-up documentation within the accounting programs.
- Assist with administering contracts from execution to close out.
- Review, track, and coordinate subconsultants invoices, ensuring they meet contract requirements and project budgets.
- Assist with preparation of invoices meeting client standards and contract requirements.
- Provide support for project managers regarding the financial aspects of their projects.
- Interface with clients to assist in resolving business related issues.
- Process and code credit cards and expense reports.
- Process event registrations and complete other administrative assignments.
Minimum Qualifications to be our Project and Contract Administrator
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative, contract, accounting, or related experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work and communicate well, both in an office atmosphere and virtually
Preferred Qualifications for our Project and Contract Administrator
- Associate degree or higher
- Prior experience within the Architecture, Engineering, & Construction (AEC) industry
- Knowledge of Deltek accounting software
- Knowledge of Bluebeam pdf editing software
