Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Advisor Tech Services Supervisor for our AdviceWorks Support Team – Technology Services. This is a unique opportunity to provide top notch leadership to a team of Associates and deliver world class customer service to our Advisors and their support staff. This is a hybrid role in one of our office locations: El Segundo, San Diego, Dallas, Schaumburg, Des Moines, St Cloud, St Paul, Atlanta, Boca Raton, Denver, and Enfield.
What you will do:
Provide day to day leadership and support to Technology Services Associates
Create and maintain service standards for daily operations, client service, and client retention
Analyze, establish, implement, and monitor operational goals using statistical data to determine workload, productivity, and effectiveness of team
Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure team adherence to compliance rules and regulations
Assist team by interpreting, researching, and resolving the most complex call inquiries and escalations with limited support
Responsible for decisions regarding employment, performance appraisals, training, disciplinary actions, and salary recommendations
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning by providing feedback to associates on all performance measures and developing career path and skills enhancement opportunities
Assist with taking calls and providing back-up support to the Team Lead or the Manager during peak or critical times, as needed
Partner with senior management to establish goals and develop strategy
Represent Cetera and the Technology Services by presenting at conferences and other events, as needed, up to 10% of time possible
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent management skills, solid understanding of call volume management procedures
Proven experience in positively managing and coaching others towards high performance
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Able to understand end-to-end processes and their interdependencies
What is nice to have
3 to 5 years BD/Financial Services experience
Licensing:
Series 7 and 66: strongly preferred and or willing to obtain
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional analytical skills, ability to solve diverse and complex problems with limited precedents or guidelines
In-depth understanding of Cetera and our industry
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
