Our team is part of the Multifamily Business Technology Office supporting Multifamily business while leading a focused service desk being directly involved in the processing of ever deal. We craft and implement solutions to a variety of technology challenges. This support takes many forms, including maintaining critical underwriting and accounting applications and deploying new technologies, such as mobile solutions and microservices.
Your Impact:
Full Stack skills will be applied across the division influencing outcomes, guiding transformation, and influencing how the team and organization evolves
Mentorship to the team driving full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering & Delivery practices (Real Agile, TDD, ATDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, etc.)
Ability to bring deep knowledge and experience in designing for and implementing solutions in the cloud (AWS), from custom code on IaaS/PaaS to SaaS solution integrations
Implement strong communications skills while interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across IT
Qualifications:
8 - 10 years of experience engineering awesome solutions
4 - 5 years leading modernized development teams. People management and leadership experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Languages: Java, Angular, node.js, Python
Modern Tools: Jenkins, Cucumber, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket), Git
DBs: PostgreSQL, Mongo
Cloud: AWS
Other: EKS, Docker, SpringBoot

Managing the fundamentals of agile delivery
Being confident in your technology skills to share innovative ideas, leading code reviews, and high level solutions for other developers
Having recent and relevant experience with all key modern languages so you can quickly and independently implement and understand all parts of the code
Successfully mentoring and redefining technical teams to shift to modern execution model

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $154,000 - $230,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
