Your Opportunity as the Representative, Payment Services
Gain experience and knowledge from top talent in our Payment Services team by supporting invoice processing and payments for our Contract Manufacturing locations.
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: hybrid with 30% in office expectation
In this role you will:
Perform daily invoice processing within third party operating systems by accurately capturing invoice details
Route invoices to correct point of contact and obtain approvals for invoice payment processing
Collaborate with internal and external customers to exchange information necessary to proactively resolve issues related to invoices
Swiftly follow up on customer requests and information to ensure timely payment of invoices, resulting in retention of vendor discounts, and avoidance of late fees
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice payment status
Develop overall understanding of purchase to pay process as well as the details of the process at a transactional level

Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Excel and Oracle ERP solution
