Our Higher Education advisory practice team at JLL is dedicated to serving higher education institutions, helping to leverage their real estate assets in alignment with their academic missions. As part of JLL’s Public Institutions group, we work on transformative projects across the United States, driving value and innovation in the sector.
Position Overview:
As a Vice President, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the Higher Education advisory team. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the team, driving business development, and delivering exceptional advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the advisory services for higher education institutions.
- Develop and manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio of higher education advisory business.
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership on major projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other JLL business lines to promote a unified approach to client solutions.
- Engage with clients and prospects through regular travel, developing strong relationships and securing new business opportunities.
- Represent JLL at industry events, securing speaking roles to enhance the firm's thought leadership in the sector.
- Innovate and propose new service lines to meet the evolving needs of higher education clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in higher education advisory or business development, with a strong network in the sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage significant business portfolios.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly.

Estimated compensation for this position is:
145,000.00 – 175,000.00 USD per year
