Supplier Diversity and Small Business Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a contract specialist, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your contract management strengths to our Small Business Office team where you’ll be a valuable collaborator who helps find creative solutions to complex problems.
As a Small Business professional on our team, you’ll use your program management and customer service experience to support, service, and manage a diverse range of proposals and contracts. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
At Booz Allen, you’ll work with a collaborative team where you’ll leverage your acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:?
Experience with data visualization, business intelligence, presentations, statistical analysis, and customer analytics
Knowledge of business and technical expertise for the analytics process, and business intelligence tools and applications for a business function or business unit
Ability to establish key performance metrics, monitor planned vs. actual performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for management execution
Bachelor’s degree?
Nice If You Have:?
Experience in supply chain management, small business management, and supplier diversity
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
Ability to translate data into insights to drive business management
Master’s degree in Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
