DESCRIPTION
Amazons Undiscovered Small Business Accelerator (USBA) helps drive the success of small and historically underrepresented business populations (including minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses). We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Sustainable Business Development to lead internal and external partnerships to support the mission and vision of USBA. This role will drive strategic approaches to identifying and supporting Selling Partner needs; develop and launch new programs targeted to address specific Selling Partner challenges; and identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that enable valuable Selling Partner experiences and support the strategic objectives of USBA and pan-Amazon.
You will be the face of USBA with key partners and drive discussions with senior leaders/CxO in those organizations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer engagement and communication skills, deep industry understanding to drive deals across all stakeholders, and experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Key job responsibilities - Build strong internal relationships with leaders and counterparts across Amazons diverse set of businesses. - Set goals and strategic direction for the business, ensuring alignment with broader USBA business goals and vision. - Lead BBA Advisory Board and expansion committees - Finalize charter and Co-Lead BBA Internal and External Equity Table Task Force - Expand the internal benefits strategy for managed Selling Partners. - Develop an external alliance with accelerators which focus on developing high potential Selling Partners in CPG. - Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience - 7+ years of professional or military experience - Experience managing external vendors, distributors, partners or learning providers - Bachelors Degree - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level). - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning, and time management
