- Credential
- Single Subject: Industrial & Technology Education Credential or a Designated Subjects: CTE Information & Communication Technology Credential. Designated Subject CTE Credential holders are required to obtain a CA Single Subject (any subject area) credential/permit. Please upload the "Document's Detail" of your credential. - If Intern eligible, upload an Intern Eligibility Letter. Intern applicants must include exam results and/or proof of registration for exams (i.e. CSET, RICA, TPA).
- If currently enrolled in a credential program, please include a status letter indicating your estimated completion date. Applicants enrolled in a program must include exam results and/or proof of registration for exams (i.e. CSET, RICA, TPA).
- Transcripts
- Please submit official transcripts showing completion of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
