Job Summary
Vacancies are for Early Education Department from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and
Extended School Program 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, these hours are subject to change.
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Early Education and Expanded Learning and/or the Extended School Program Supervisor, performs a wide variety of complex and technical clerical work, may recruit and enroll children into District and State subsidized programs; serves as a liaison and provides information and services to low income families and children.
Requirements / Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under the direction of the Executive Director of Early Education and Expanded Learning and/or the Extended School Program Supervisor, performs a wide variety of complex and technical clerical work, may recruit and enroll children into District and State subsidized programs; serves as a liaison and provides information and services to low income families and children.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED). supplemented by courses in typing, use of a computer work station, including peripheral equipment; office operation procedures; and (2) two years of clerical experience including one year of experience involving record-keeping or records management.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California Driver's License
