Required skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of fulltime experience as a Proposal Manager in Federal Contracts Proposal Development
- Must have the ability to independently manage proposals
- Must have experience managing all color team phases
- Must have a focus on developing and submitting superior quality, compelling, and compliant proposals
- Must work well with others and work well as a team
- Must be flexible in adapting to Amyx’s processes, policies, and professional culture
- Must have a professional, mature and respectful leadership style and set the example to the large groups of employees who contribute to proposal development
- Must possess the drive and skillset to comprehensively read, review, format, and edit large proposals
- Ability to manage complex Full & Open proposals and IDIQs
- Ability to multi-task – managing multiple active proposals at any given time
- Experience working with Adobe Pro DC, Microsoft Office, TEAMS, SharePoint, and other tools
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience managing proposals for Full & Open federal contracts
- English, Journalism, Business (or equivalent) major
- Training in Shipley Proposal Development
- Ability to effectively balance between being flexible and following a standardized process
