Anticipated Assistant Principal (2 secondary positions)

• The Streetsboro City Schools seek to hire a strong, visionary assistant principal to lead instruction and help improve student learning.

• The ideal candidate will have had successful experience in the high school or middle school environment with a strong background in creating a positive school culture, State Standards, using data to make decisions, STEM education, college credit plus, building positive community partnerships and academic programs focused on improving teaching practice and measurable student gains.

• Candidates should have knowledge in special education and the MTSS process.

• Successful candidates must demonstrate strength in instructional leadership as well as confidence when making decisions and have the ability to motivate a staff to achieve a common goal.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Educational Administration with a valid Ohio Administrative License
