Job Abstract

The Maintenance position is responsible for daily, weekly and monthly tasks associated with the repair of the overall property and individual resident units. The Maintenance staff is expected to maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company's high standards in order to present the property in outstanding condition and provide residents with a safe, secure and well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities Maintenance of: individual apartment units, including turnarounds with respect to garba... more detailsge disposals, toilets, locks, painting, re-caulking, carpet cleaning exterior of the property including gates, entrances, garage doors, trash pick-up and removal, etc. interior courtyards and walkways, including light fixtures, hallways, inside windows, vents, etc. trash and garbage enclosures laundry rooms and washer/dryer equipment front lobby, community rooms and leasing office Work with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill work orders Occasional cleaning of the property and shared areas

Physical Requirements
