The Director of Advisory Sales Enablement works with the Head of Advisory Sales and Business Consulting (ABC), ABC Leadership, and cross functional partners to operationalize best in class sales practices, sales tools and technology, performance management infrastructure, go-to-market execution excellence, decision support, and go-to-market strategy.
What you will do:
Implement systemic approach to improve organization performance by creating infrastructure and measurement for sales and planning employees that align with KPI’s of organization.
Support executive communication and business insight development
Work with ABC Head, Leadership, and Channel to optimize targeted distribution decision support and segmentation for Go-to-Market Strategy and execution
Equip the sales team with necessary proposal tools, advisor business insights and data analytics tools, Growth 360 roadmap and journey development
Implement standard operating procedure for campaign and go-to-market success including but not limited to: training, scripting, content, targeting, and measurement
Utilize growth and analytics data to inform sales strategies, decisions, and sales/planning team members to help identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize sales process.
Drive continuous improvement and change management informed by data-driven insights.
Optimize Salesforce for sales facing opportunity and Pipeline Management
Establish and manage strong working relationships with cross functional partners including Finance; Growth & Analytics; Sales, Marketing and Channel Leadership (Community Presidents)
Develop and deliver executive and board level presentations.
Create content and attend workshops, forums, roadshows and conferences
Travel Requirements: ~25%
What you will have:
Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience in business development, strategic relationships, or marketing
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team to achieve results.
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in and deep knowledge of the wealth management industry (retail and institutional).
Compensation Range:
The base annual salary range for this role is $210,000 to $230,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
