Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to problem solve basic repairs
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (Requirement)
- Ability to scale ladders
- Comply with safety practices, policies, and procedures
- Cleaning common areas (restrooms, offices, dining areas, hallways) including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, emptying trash, etc.
- Assist with maintaining inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Additional job duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1-year minimum experience in Cleaning and Maintenance is helpful
- Knowledge of power tools
- Bi-lingual is a plus English/Spanish
