Job Description Summary	The research assistant, under general supervision of the principal investigator (PI), will support psychological studies related to health and well-being.
Responsibilities	The advanced research assistant will code existing data for psychological characteristics, analyze and interpret data from research studies, assist in the communication of research findings in oral and written forms, conduct literature reviews, and provide other general research and clerical support, as needed.
Required Qualifications	Strong organizational skills and ability to be detail oriented Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of ethical practices for working with human subjects and their data Ability to work both independently and as part of a research team
Desired Qualifications	Desired qualifications include but are not limited to: · Completion of core courses in the psychology major · Interest in working with large existing data sets · Basic knowledge of data management and statistical analysis
