Position Summary:
Under the general supervision and direction of the PB Financial Services Group Associate Director, the incumbent will perform analysis tasks on professional fee data. Incumbent will design, develop, and maintain analytical reports for PBG clients and management. Incumbent will also document steps taken to test and validate steps raw data prepared by Information System. Incumbent will assist users with procedural, training and/or minor technical problems. Incumbent will document all procedures utilized by programs and will assist in marinating technical documentation.

Salary Range:
Hourly Rate Minimum $26.92 Midpoint $36.64 Maximum $46.36
Required Qualifications:
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
3-5 years of related work experience.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Report Writing Engines, MS Access, Excel, Monarch, and Word.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, logical troubleshooting and analysis techniques for the purpose of problem resolution.
Ability to conceptualize new processes and to implement them.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Ability to meet deadlines in an environment with conflicting priorities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
Experience with the troubleshooting of software and hardware issues.
Skill to work independently with limited supervision and follow through on assignments with minimum direction and technical support.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
Experience with Professional Fee billing in an academic and multi-specialty setting.
Experience with SMS Signature Billing application and HCC.
