As a Quality Assurance Color Shader, you will be responsible for providing a high level of accuracy in color shading for automotive paints. This is an onsite job in Cleveland, OH working on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data entry into color portal and quality database
- Customer communication
- Preparing pre-ship samples for customers
- Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color shading
- Shading in-process batches to meet customer specifications
- Facilitate batch approval process
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 4+ years of experience with color including understanding color theory, color perception, and color management principles
- Must be proficient with in using color management instruments and software for color analysis and shading
- Familiarity with various color shading tools and techniques is required
