Fingerprint Clearance (Copy of Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance from Orange County Department of Education (A Certificate of Clearance is not valid for employment))
Resume (Current Resume)
TB Screening Result (Copy of TB Clearance Verification within the last 4 years)
