Job Abstract

This evening shift position covers the 3 pm to 11 pm shift. During this shift the LVN is available to travel to visit patients at their place of residence and is compensated for the visits made. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the hospice LVN provides skilled nursing and palliative care to patients at their place of residence.
