As Beyond Yoga continues its high growth journey, we are looking for a collaborative Channel Marketing Manager to lead campaign development, XFN partnership and strategic analysis of the customer and market.
We are looking for a strategic and creative thinker who adapts at the speed of culture. As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will help guide our brand presence and sales through multiple distribution channels. You will develop channel-specific marketing strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and revenue. You will report to the VP of Marketing. We are looking for an understanding of the athleisure market and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with our goals, focusing on retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and other distribution channels.
Campaign Execution: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to each channel, including promotions, advertising, content creation, and events.
Channel Partner Management: Cultivate relationships with channel partners, including retailers, online platforms, and wholesalers, to align on marketing initiatives, co-marketing opportunities, and promotional calendars.
Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within each channel. Use insights to improve marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Manage channel marketing budgets, ensuring allocation of resources to lead maximum Return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our teams, including e-comm, stores, product development, creative, and finance, to ensure understanding on channel strategies and execution plans.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze the performance of channel marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to partners. Use data-driven insights to improve campaigns and improve.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand advocate across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably within the retail or athleisure industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make decisions that are data-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to improve in a rapidly changing market landscape.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Passion for athleisure and a deep understanding of consumer trends in the industry.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,000-120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
