Job Abstract

Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Associate at Cerritos Nissan & Infiniti is responsible for assisting customers in the selection, purchase, and delivery of new and pre-owned vehicles. They will be responsible for providing superior customer service by leveraging their product knowledge and features, as well as creating an excellent customer experience to appropriately meet the customer’s needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Automotive Sales Associate is an full-time individual contributor role with an attractive compensation package of base plus commission, with the potential to make up to $150,000 per year. Pay is biweekly. Additional benefits include health, dental and vision premiums, as well as 401k, vacation and holiday pay.

Responsibilities
• Identify customer needs by asking probing questions
• Overcome customer objections by identifying solutions
• Provide accurate product information and various options available
• Complete product explanations and features to customers
• Negotiate fairly to close deals that benefit both customer and dealership
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Provide customers with the best service possible
• Uphold all dealership and manufacturer standards
• Participate in sales and product training

Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience in sales and customer service
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and quotas
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Proficiency in software programs including MS Office
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
