Development & Deployment

Perform complex programming assignments requiring an advanced aptitude of established programming standards, methods, and best practices.\t
Design application and database components for development projects.\t
Perform analysis of business models, logical specifications, and/or customer requirements to design and build Internet solutions utilizing multiple technologies.\t
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) and working familiarity with various databases.\t
Mitigate significant risks associated with projects, which have a high technical complexity and/or involve significant challenges to the business.\t

Operational Management

Maintain and modify Sher-link applications, make approved changes by amending application documentation, developing detailed programming logic, and coding changes.\t

Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and implement the improvements.\t
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems as required.\t
Proactively search for and make improvements on non-performant database programs.\t
Willingness and ability to coordinate the efforts of other developers.
Incidental Functions

Conduct research into modern technologies, including tools, components, and frameworks.\t
Train and knowledge share with development teams.\t
Mentor and coach developers and/or Professional Apprentices.\t
