Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid California Administrative Services Credential/Certificate of Eligibility
- Master’s Degree
- Served a minimum of 5 years as a classroom teacher or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years experience as a school administrator
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:
ABC USD is seeking an effective school administrator with the proven skills and background to provide instructional leadership, innovative programs, labor-management partnerships, community outreach, and general supervision in a diverse and alternative education high school.
PREFERRED:
- Administrative experience at the secondary level
- Bilingual
- Doctoral Degree
- Proven leadership success at a secondary school
