We are seeking a Financial Specialist to join the team at our headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia.  Primary responsibilities of the Financial Specialist:

• Experience with Insurance, Workers Comp, and HSA/FSA payments strongly desired
• Process and audit insurance premiums and payments
• Process HSA and FSA payments
• Reconcile and audit of Accounts Payable and Benefit invoices
• Process timely payment of federal, state and local withholding taxes for multiple companies
• Process timely payment of quarterly FUTA and SUTA tax returns
• Renew state registrations and state licenses
• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Participate in special projects and assignments and performs other duties that may be assigned

Skills and Experience

• Accounting or Business degree preferred
• PEO and/or employee benefit experience preferred
• Experience with PRISM HR preferred
• Must be able to interact professionally with all clients and tax agencies
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail a must
