Identify new product opportunities that have synergies with Kastle’s existing business. Document detailed product requirements, use cases, mock-ups, and flows. Manage requirements with engineering teams to successful release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams composed of product, UX, engineering, QA, revenue, marketing, operations, and customer service. Measure product utilization and create reports. Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience. Serve as the primary point person for all product-related communication for both internal and external parties.
