Job Abstract

As a Business Analyst (Category Management), you’ll contribute to a high-performing team tasked with driving Category Management innovation and results across the Air Force, with the goal of making an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute in a wide array of analytical areas to drive Category Management success, including market research, strategy development, reporting, and communications.
• Grow into leadership positions via skill development and engagement with senior clients.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• An active Secret clearance
• A Bachelor's degree - degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience developing business cases for optimization projects, conducting gap analysis between current and future state of acquisition optimization projects.
• Experience gathering requirements: interviewing internal stakeholders and compiling findings to understand existing processes, current challenges, and leading best practices.
• Proven ability to execute in several of the following areas in support of high profile programs: Perform market research, develop dashboards/reporting, analyze financial data, and support strategy development.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with Category Management or strategic acquisition support
