Job Abstract

Excellent opportunity to work for a leading construction firm located in Brea, CA.

Seeking candidates that have a minimum of 2 years of experience in previous construction with project management experience.

Temp to perm $25-$30 per hr (Seeking candidates that would like to work for a stable establishment with growth opportunities. )

• Manage Public Works/Private projects
• Prepare bids, estimates, change orders, RFI's
• Assist with project planning sessions
• Coordinate with staff and internal resources
• Assist with project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Manage/maintain relationships with Local Agencies
• Review contract related documentation
• Oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Coordinate material/equipment delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher
• Skilled in AutoCAD
• Good public relations
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements
• Leadership skills
• Big-picture thinking and vision
• Conflict resolution skills
