The Federal Government Capture Manager will identify Government and SI contracts and build cross-functional teams across for T-Mobile Secure Federal Operations (SFO) to prepare proposals and win these contracts. Oversees the assigned opportunity by pursuing all phases of the identification, proposal, acceptance and implementation process. Responsible for building effective working relationships, making sound decisions and changes, initiating action and achieving results.
This position can be located anywhere in the US.
Job Responsibilities:
Builds short term and long-range sales plans which identify "MUST WIN" Federal government contracts. Identifies opportunities and prepares detailed plans to win these opportunities
Develops strategy to increase the opportunity to win contracts. Identifies SFO resources across multiple functions to support this process. Facilitates multiple cross-functional teams to ensure that SFO effectively presents the company’s competitive advantage in supporting and delivering the vendor’s requirements.
Develop deep on-going relationships with key Federal government agencies and support systems.
Match SFO communications value offers to CIV and DoD customer requirements. Present proposals to all levels of government agencies
Call out gaps in solution portfolio which may be preventing WIN to Federal government leadership/decision makers in a timely manner.
Recommend pricing, technology and partner strategy for WIN to the Federal government leadership team
Upsell SFO response outside plan/device with solutions such as WIFI In building coverage, app/solutions with BoBo, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Political Science or related field of study preferred
7 years with Government Account Management and contract acquisition experience
Knowledge of Federal Civil, Defense/Intelligence, and Law Enforcement agencies contract practices and procedures
Experience delivering technical solutions and services for Federal clients
Experience in market research, prospecting, pipeline development, and strategic planning
presentations to executives and management
Contract negotiation
Building effective relationships, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative, and solving problems?
Ability to influence others including internal and external stakeholders, as well as senior leadership
Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
Communication: written, verbal, and presentation skills
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
US Citizenship (without dual citizenship)
Active Security Clearance

Colorado Pay Range: $140,600.00 - $190,200.00
Hawaii Pay Range: $140,600.00 - $190,200.00
New York Pay Range: $147,300.00 - $199,200.00
Washington State Pay Range: $145,900.00 - $197,400.00
