Quality Assurance job duties:
- Conduct regular quality assessments of calls handled by the support team to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in call handling processes and provide constructive feedback to representatives.
- Utilize analytical skills to pinpoint instances of non-compliance with policies and procedures and offer guidance for corrective action.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to address quality-related concerns and implement improvements.
- Demonstrate autonomy in managing specific tasks or projects related to quality assurance initiatives.
Quality Assurance requirements include:
- Strong computer skills including data entry & typing
- Previous experience in quality assurance or similar roles within a customer support or call center environment.
- Must be extremely motivated, energetic, and personable
- Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
