Job Description:
Location: This position can sit anywhere in the US in accordance with our Hybrid Workforce policy. Ideally the candidate will sit within 50 miles of an Elevance Pulsepoint location. At the time of writing, this position is expected to report to a Pulsepoint once a week (subject to future change).
The Program Administrator is responsible for the administration of one or more client facing programs within a business unit. Program administrators typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Administers the implementation and compliance of on-going external client facing programs; ensures program meets its stated objectives; provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues; researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.
- Manages relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas; coordinates training related to the client facing program; develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of external client facing program success.
- Schedules, conducts and attends meetings, supports management in overall objectives, assesses costs and savings and may assist in the payment of vendor invoices.
- Complies complex data and able to prepare and deliver presentations.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 2 years experience in external client facing program or other healthcare related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Experience
The following skills and experiences are preferred:
- Professional designation related to field or project management experience.
- Processing payments for medical records.
- Assisting in workforce management of issues logs
- Acting as a liaison between associates and manager, assisting with difficult and top sites retrievals
- Ability to train new hires, as well as current team members with refresher trainings when needed (patient and attentive).
- May assist in updating QRGs and PNPs as well as create them for new work tasks.
- Connecting with vendor managers and attending meetings to discuss concerns from the team.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $56,468 to $84,702
