Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified Advanced Practice Clinician
- Unrestricted California license or ability to obtain
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
- EMR Proficient
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
