LAX Senior Coordinator – Airport Operations Station Support

From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes making sure your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running smoothly every single day.

The salary for this position is $45,800- $62,000 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and functions associated with ordering materials and supplies for the station operations through authorized procurement channels, ensuring adequate inventory and efficient resource utilization.
• Assists internal customers with employee parking duties, providing guidance and resolving parking related issues while performing audits and reporting it to management.
• Supports the finance team with accounts payable reconciliations and participates in special finance-related projects, contributing to efficient financial operations.
• Greets internal customers at the Business Office for finance, assisting them with their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels based on their needs ensuring quality service and effective communication.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an internal/external customer service-facing role
• Ability to analyze and report out on data
• Strong and positive communication skills
• Must be able to perform office related functions such as mail sorting and distribution of shipments weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Detail oriented
• Ability to maintain composure in high volume/high pressure situations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

• Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office primarily Excel
