As a Middle Office Services Specialist within PNC Private Bank organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Louisville, KY or Cleveland, OH or Houston, TX.

As a Middle Office Services Specialist within PNC Private Bank organization, you will report to a supervisor on the Fiduciary Closing Officer Team within the Middle Office Account Services Team. You will be primarily based in a home office location with a minimum in-office requirement in a PNC location of one time per month and additionally as needed to fulfill job functions. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, regular business hours or additional time as required.

May perform one or more of the following functions:
• Manages highly technical and complex fiduciary relationships through the fiduciary account termination process to ensure fiduciary accounts are closed accurately and efficiently to provide a positive client experience.
• Proactively complete account review and complete closing hand-off call with market team within department service level agreement.
• Maintain account notes in appropriate systems and scan documents to OnBase in a timely manner.
• Complies with the banks policies and procedures for consistent management of fiduciary accounts through the fiduciary account closing process.
• Utilize systems such as Siebel Workflows, OnBase Imaging System and Microsoft OneNote to complete job functions.
• Collaborates with AMG Fiduciary Counsel and Market Fiduciary Advisors and Managers and other PNC subject matter experts, as necessary, to ensure risks are appropriately analyzed, managed, escalated and resolved.
• Provide timely and professional responses to both internal and external partners and clients and seek guidance when necessary for assistance with drafting responses to adequately respond to the inquiries.
• Proactively engage with Fiduciary Account Closing Team on a regular basis
• Complete required learning and trainings prior to deadlines

• Serves as point person for all internal partners on all matters pertaining to the middle-office processes for complex client requests.
• Actively seeks out and engages in continuing education to support skill-building and development of overall knowledge.
