SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date documentation of all IT related assets. Provides technical support to staff members for both hardware and software issues. Supervises the Network Support staff and provides direction in a variety of technology related projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide back-up coverage to Network Support staff when needed.
- Ensure agency asset documentation is accurately maintained & audited regularly.
- Maintains the agency back-up system for accuracy & restoration of files.
- Maintains the agency infrastructure for functionality and updates.
- Report evaluation of outdated or end of life IT assets and software to IT Director for planning.
- Responsible for the decommissioning and documentation of IT assets prior to disposal and/or auction (forensically wiping hard drives or other data storage devices)
- Coordinates and implements location openings for IT services with IT Director.
- Attend training as necessary.
- Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA, HRSA regulations, federal, state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.
- Coordinates and implements new or ongoing projects as assigned by IT Director.
- Works with vendors
- Documents appropriately in portal
- Travel to all locations to perform on-site support to meet client and agency needs.
- Other duties as assigned by IT Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree in Information Technology or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT management
- 2 years’ IT technical support
- Effective organizational skills
- Knowledge of PC network operations, software, hardware, printers, and networked copiers
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Office 365 design, configuration, administration and maintenance in a multi-site, multi-server environment.
- Extensive knowledge of internet connectivity, security, firewalls and virus control across the network.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system management.
- Knowledge of LAN structured cabling techniques.
- Must be a self-starter with effective verbal, presentation, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
