Monitor key metrics, such as, new business hit ratio, renewal retention ratio, premium growth, and loss ratio, formulating corrective action where necessary
Mentor and train Associate Brokers as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 7 years of professional lines experience preferred
Strong sales and marketing skills a must, business acumen, interest in continued education and professional development
RPLU designation preferred
Compensation Package
Competitive overall compensation package that includes a base salary and a highly lucrative sales incentive bonus plan. Base salary $125-200k & sales incentive bonus plan
