Job Description
Programming Coordinator will focus on supporting the ingest of all content licensed for the SkyShowtime direct-to-consumer platform as well as to various MVPD partners. Coordinator will track delivery notifications & launch dates to prioritize content ingests as well as tracking ingest status in the Media Asset Management system and upkeep Salesforce, Airtable, & trackers for internal and external teams with current statuses. Coordinator should develop strong partnerships with internal Media Ops teams, communicate and collaborate to prepare for volume increases, special requests, and quick turns. Provide any additional support as needed.
While assigned to a specific brand(s), brand assignment could change based on business needs. May be asked to assist on other assignments across the team pending bandwidth. There may be occasions around specific events where the operator may be asked to cover a different shift/date. Notification to be provided with as much advanced notice as possible.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a production, post-production or broadcast environment.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a job using computers and software applications including outlook applications (excel, outlook)
Minimum of 1 year in a role requiring effective communication with diverse audiences.
Successfully able to manage a high volume of emails while maintaining timely responsiveness
Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey or Los Angeles, California
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed with advance notice
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Anticipated work hours for California 9:00am-5:30pm, New Jersey 12pm-8:30 pm. Work hours and days may shift dependent on business need with advanced notice.
