Project Manager Assistant Kelly Services is currently seeking a Project Manager Assistant for one of our top clients in Irvine, CA.
Work in multiple projects and collaborate with project lead, sourcing, PMO, etc
Coordinate with internal teams to gather project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and track key milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Identify potential risks and obstacles to project completion.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events as needed.
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary resources.
Facility strategy and volume expectations to Project plan and ensure execution of phase-in/phase-out to deliver on project.
Identify missed or at-risk project milestones, communicate project status, and escalate issue in timely matter.
Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle ensure capital and expense spend in line with budget
Facilitating capital approval and spending by managing aCARs from draft through approval, ensuring appropriate PO placement and timelines that meet project deliverables.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project planning, coordination, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools e.g., Microsoft Project, power point presentation, Excel, Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
