Description
The Compliance Support Specialist will support the Compliance Officer by assisting FinTech clients through the onboarding process. They will work closely with the API Integration team to ensure new FinTech partners have all the support they need to transition on the Avenu platform. The candidate must be a collaborative problem-solver and an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:
Be the compliance liaison to our new Fintech clients through the Integration Support Onboarding process.
Support Fintech partner inquiries regarding product compliance issues.
Perform initial inspection of client issues and escalate to Compliance Officer as necessary.
Take detailed notes on documentation according to client feedback and regulatory requirements.
Train new Fintech Clients on Compliance requirements.
Work with the training department to create training materials based on the needs of specific FinTech clients .
Check in on current customers to ensure satisfaction in issue resolution.
Compile compliance banking documentation based on a checklist of needed documentation.
Assist new FinTech clients on operationalizing their compliance program according to bank established guidelines.
Collaborate with the integration team and compliance officer to continually refine scalable Fintech Partnership Onboarding Process.
Participate in regular Client Check-In meetings and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to guide clients through the onboarding process.
Be able to recognize and report compliance and risk issues.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Avenu team.
Maintain internal service level agreements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of banking or financial compliance experience.
Experience in bank functions , to include but not limited to ACH, Wires, Debit Cards, REG E disputes, eStatements, Identity Theft red flags, Customer Complaint Management.
Strong ability to read legal text, process it and understand its meaning.
Google Workspace experience preferable.
Must be extremely organized.
Communication as a core strength.
Basic understanding of financial institution policies and procedures.
Must have strong relationship building and customer service skills experience.
Policy management experience is preferable.
Able to work on projects independently
Able to be flexible and move from project to project with little notice
Be a Team Player and communicate effectively with all departments of Avenu and the bank
Possesses positive, can do attitude.

Walking; bending at the waist; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer
