We are looking to fill an internal position with our agency for a Business Development Representative who is excited to join our prestigious sales team. In this role, you be the initial point of contact with potential new clients to sell our services to generate new business accounts. You will engage prospects via cold calling, emails, face-to-face presentations and social networking groups. The ideal candidates will have an energetic, can-do attitude and a career mindset who is willing to be promoted to new roles when they arise. This is a direct hire opportunity! Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - No weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing various prospecting strategies to generate new business
• Phone marketing to potential new companies to sell our services
• Servicing current database accounts
• Researching and qualifying companies to expand database contacts
• Negotiating contract terms
• Presenting qualified candidates to new and existing clients
