Saint Pancratius in Lakewood is looking for a full-time third grade teacher beginning the 2024-2025 school year. We are a school committed to providing our students with a well-rounded academic and strong faith- based program centered on the values of our Catholic faith. All applicants should be well versed in Catholicism, energetic, a team player, comfortable with the integration of technology and instruction, and contain a strong desire to work in a faith-based community. Candidates for this position must possess classroom management skills, experience in using assessments and analyzing data to drive curriculum, as well as the ability to provide creative and enthusiastic instruction. Additionally, teachers at this school are expected to be proactive communicators, comfortable with differentiation of instruction within the classroom, and overall, create a nurturing classroom environment. Requirements
B.A./B.S. California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential Preferred M.A. Preferred Minimum two years teaching experience at the elementary level
Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
