What this job involves –
Continuously evaluates current maintenance, operations and reliability methods and implement changes to enhance effectiveness of performance of technical devices and MEP equipment. Responsible for providing guidance on technical and safety programs with the objectives of safely, efficiently, and effectively diagnosing and repairing audio visual, key boxes and Lenel devices in a cost-effective manner.
Your day to day:
- Position onsite at client site in Anaheim, CA
- Assist in implementing, administering, and managing safety training program
- Advise and share your expertise with building engineers and technical technicians.
- Provide training to technical/engineering staff. Access current skills levels of technicians, and identify upskilling opportunities.
- Continuously evaluates current maintenance, operations, and reliability methods. Implement changes to enhance effectiveness of device and equipment performance. Implement best practices to improve overall uptime.
- Provide assistance in developing, documenting and implementing processes for OVS and engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance to projects and initiatives including oversight and management of projects and activities.
- Regularly review and contribute to program reporting and data analysis
- Support teams needing help thinking through problems (both business and communications), answering questions and providing resolutions and suggestions regarding specific service issues and challenges

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience OR High School education with 10+ years of related experience
- 5 years’ experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment
- 4 years’ experience managing or supervising a technical team
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office and CMMS system
- Possession of excellent service orientation, responsiveness, and organizational skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail and follow-through
- Advanced troubleshooting skill and support of AV software and hardware configurations
- Ability to work in a team environment and perform collective team tasks to meet deliverables and deadlines
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and clientele
Estimated compensation for this position is:
67,600.00 – 67,600.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
