Job Description
We are currently seeking an HR Generalist for a leading manufacturing company that is located in Harbor City, CA.
100% Onsite
Salary: $70k-$85k
Must be Bilingual Spanish and have ADP experience.
Duties:
Hanlding recruitment, onboarding, pre-screenings, employee relations and performance management.
Managing payroll, benefit administration, garnishments, pay changes and must be an expert with ADP.
assist in developing and implementing HR policies, and compliances.
Conduct trainings such as harassment preventions, performance compliances.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Monitor employee morale and company culture.
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
Bachelors degree in Busines Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in state/labor laws, compliances and HR policies.
Experience with HRIS and ADP
