Cintas is seeking a Service Manager – Sprinkler Services to directly manage our customer facing Fire Protection Advanced Services team, which consists of alarm, monitoring, and/or sprinkler suppression systems. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective skilled technicians; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service technicians, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or assisting on service test and inspection or repair calls; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
Required
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Preferred
- Management experience
- Experience in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler or Pre-Engineered system
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California local city or state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.
The base salary generally ranges between $92,500.00/Year - $118,910.00/Year and is eligible for a target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the location and individual. The range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
