Job Summary
Under the direction of the Associate Superintendent, Business and Administrative Services, supervises, planning, development and financial management operations of the Payroll and Risk Management/Insurance program for the District; serves as the District's Safety Officer and directs and leads committees, training and regulatory compliance programs related to District safety issues; supervise, train and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; perform other related duties.
Requirements / Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration or related field and four years of administrative experience with responsibility for organization-wide financial management, risk management and payroll. Two of these years should include supervisory-level responsibility.
Desirable Qualifications:
Risk Management Certification.
Licenses and Other Requirements:
Valid California Class C Driver's License with proof of insurance.
